The professor describes two situations. The first involves the situation of role conflict between a student and an employee. That means to study in the class or to work and earn money. The second situation involves the role conflict between to spend time with families. The two examples both describes the role conflict that can happen in our life easily. According to the reading role conflict is a situation worrying between two roles which one to play. And each choice can make opposite feedbacks.

Q6. page 144. This is a good one! You would have received a 3 on this. The only thing I could add to this is that you should include the example of how a plane would fly with the curvature of the earth, making the distance shorter in reality that is the case of using the globe. Nice work!
